A recent study which appeared in USA Today shows
that twice as many people prefer to pay by check over using a credit card.
50% of Americans don't have a major credit card. If you do not accept checks, you
are turning away customers!
We have added a complete US bank
database to our PRO and trial versions! Now when you type a bank routing
number, that is all you will have to type. The bank name, address, and phone
number (so you can call to verify funds and eliminate fraud!) will appear
on the screen automatically. You will also know whether a routing number is
valid or not. This feature is not available in the regular version.
Whether you are just looking us over or you
are a new or long-time user of our software, we highly recommend that you take
our
illustrated,
narrated guided tour! Beware, though, you will probably buy right on the
spot! When you are ready to do that, or just to see our prices, click on "Order" on the
left navigation bar from any screen.
Perhaps the best that can be said about our
software is that the author, uses it every day. Whenever he finds
something, or is told by his users of something, that would enhance the
software, he improves it. These improvements are always uploaded immediately to
this web site and are usually available for free or a very small fee regardless
of when your Version 2.0 or 3.0 software was purchased.
You'll soon wonder how you conducted any business, whether
on-line or not, without our software. [See our high paying
Re-seller program.] |
Our software prints checks...
- Print Checks from your customers ready to be
deposited immediately. This is the purpose for which most people buy our
software. The information needed to print customers' checks comes to
you...
- by phone or fax and you type it into
our software - or it comes to you...
- by email or from a form on your web site
- and...
- you type it into our software -
OR
- you use the PRO version's automatic
import features to import the check information into our software with no typing
(PRO version only)
- These "checks" from customers are called
Bank Drafts. They are not signed. A "legal disclaimer" replaces the signature.
It says something like "This Transaction Authorized by your Depositor, No
Signature Required". These "drafts" were made
legal by statutory
law over 10 years ago in the USA and more recently in Canada.
- Print Blank Personal Checks or Business Checks
for your own accounts so you don't have to buy blank checks. You can even make
it print checks to pay your bills when they're due. All you'll have to do is
change the amount and check no. and print 'em and mail 'em.
- Print AutoPay Checks - checks from customers or
checks to pay bills - these are copies of checks that were typed or imported
into our software earlier and were designated to be AutoPay checks or periodic
repeating checks which usually repeat monthly (PRO
version only). When you type or import a new check and designate it as
AutoPay, you are finished (unless you want to specify a different day and/or
amount for all payments after the first one and/or a different amount for the
final payment). Our software will remember to print these checks at the correct time.
And, your only cost is a few bucks
for the software and one to five cents a check for check safety paper. I know I
should charge more for the software, but you guys expect a lot for a buck these
days.
And, since you don't need anything
but the software and check paper - no credit check, no
approval, no agreement with your bank, no nothin - you can purchase,
download and start using our software today
to...
- Put your customers on AutoPay and
save a ton of money, work, and worry...
- Billing: You don't need to send a bill to customers
on AutoPay. If you have 4000 monthly accounts and 25% of them authorize you to
draft their checking accounts monthly, and if statements cost you $.50 each to
prepare and send, you will save $500 per month on billing costs. What if
billing costs you closer to $1.00 per account and what if 50% or 75% of your
customers switch to AutoPay? Once you own our software, AutoPay costs you
2.5-7.5 cents per account for the paper to print the bank draft on, and nothing
more.
- Cash Flow: Whatever percentage of your customers
switch to Autopay, that same percentage of your cash flow becomes totally
predictable. You will know exectly when you will receive it each month and when
you can spend it.
- Work and Worry: Customers on AutoPay won't pay late
and won't have to be contacted. You can just concentrate on providing them good
products and services.
- Collect money for whatever you're
selling on the 'net or wherever without all the nightmares of a credit card
merchant account (we'll talk about those later).
- Collect from whoever owes you
money without hearing "it's in the mail".
- Pay your monthly bills
automatically without writer's cramp
Our
prices and download information are on our order page. After you read
the rest of this page, you should take a look at the order page whether you are
ready to buy or not. It will show you what you could be doing on your own web
site if you had our software to print the checks that would come to you from
your own order page.
You can use an order form like ours (in fact, one
is included with our software) whether you use the regular or the PRO version
of our software. Remember, one big difference between the regular and PRO
versions is...
- With the regular version, when
you receive a check from your order form, you will have to type the information
into the software before you print the check and you will have to type an order
confirmation to send back to your customer.
- With the PRO version, you just
click a button to import the check and another button to send a confirmation.
Our software does the rest. You'll save an average of about 10 minutes per
order.
